Well, hello! It’s Saturday again which means it’s time to plan out your healthy weekly meal plan for the week! What are your weekend plans? We had Friday off and then of course we have Monday off too. What are you doing for the long weekend? We went to Disneyland yesterday and it was pretty crowded and really hot. I brought my oldest son with me and he wasn’t too excited about riding the teacups ride three times in a row. 😉
My mother-in-law and two of my husbands siblings are here for the next few days and I think we’ll probably be at the beach the majority of the weekend. It’s supposed to be so nice and warm!
