Happy Saturday!! I hope you’ve had a great week! This weekend (and for the next several) my oldest son has a basketball tournament. This one is in Downey, California, a good 40 minutes away. Not my idea of a great weekend driving back and forth. The worst part about it is that we don’t really know when he’ll play because it depends on whether or not they win and what other teams win. It’s pretty crazy. This is our first adventure with basketball. He made the middle school team but most of the games were there and if they weren’t, the bus would take them to where they needed to go. We just finished up a long season of baseball so I was looking forward to a break since football starts up in a couple weeks. So much going on!!!! Mama needs a vacation.
What are your plans this weekend? Doing anything fun?
