Healthy Weekly Meal Plan #63 is filled with the best healthy fall recipes! From soups to fall inspired salads, we’ve got you covered for every dinner this week plus a few extra healthy recipes you’ll love!
Happy Saturday! I just got home from a press trip to Iowa for Corn Quest! We got to meet Iowa farmers and learn all about how corn is used. It was a lot of fun! Getting home was a challenge though. My flight out of Iowa was delayed and I ended up missing my connecting flight. I was bumped to the next flight to Los Angeles, which was also delayed.
When I finally boarded the plane, we ended up sitting on the plane for about an hour and a half! I didn’t get home until after 2:00am. Then I had to get up at 6:00am to get my kids off to school. It was a rough morning, ha!
Now it’s the weekend and we only have two football games early in the morning and our afternoon is free. I want to do something fun with my boys. Maybe a pumpkin patch? What are you doing this weekend? Hopefully something really fun. Like grocery shopping for ingredients for this week’s healthy weekly meal plan! 😉 Cuz that’s what I’ll be doing!
As always, be sure to stop back every Saturday for your meal plan weekly fix of daily entrees as well as a breakfast, lunch, snack and dessert! Just click on the photo or link to see the recipe. Enjoy and happy weekend.
