It’s just like a root beer float except you use cherry flavored soda instead of root beer. I used Diet Cherry 7-Up and some light vanilla bean ice cream and then topped it off with some fat-free whipped topping and a maraschino cherry – yum! It tastes like creamy sherbet ice cream and makes a super delicious treat!
“Cupid’s Delight” Cherry Float Drink:

Ingredients:
- Cherry flavored soda (I used Diet Cherry 7-Up)
- Vanilla Ice Cream
- Whipped Topping such as Reddi-Wip
- Maraschino Cherry, for serving
Directions:
- In a tall glass, scoop a few spoonfuls of vanilla ice cream. Pour cherry soda over the top until desired amount fills the glass.
- Decorate top of glass with whipped topping and serve with a maraschino cherry on top. Grab a spoon and enjoy!!
