It’s almost Valentine’s Day!! What better way to celebrate the big day than a yummy ice cream float? Well, maybe an ice cream float that’s PINK!! Isn’t it cute?!
It’s just like a root beer float except you use cherry flavored soda instead of root beer. I used Diet Cherry 7-Up and some light vanilla bean ice cream and then topped it off with some fat-free whipped topping and a maraschino cherry – yum! It tastes like creamy sherbet ice cream and makes a super delicious treat!
