Oven Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Brussels Sprouts, trimmed & halved
- 1-1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. coarse sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
2. Bake at 400 degrees F for 30-40 minutes (depending on the size of the sprouts). They’re finished when fork-tender. Serve right away. ENJOY!!
YUM! Brussel sprouts are seriously one of my favourite foods. I love learning new ways to cook them!
I have never been keen on boiled brussel sprouts, but roasted look good. I will have to try this recipe.
