It’s Healthy Weekly Meal Plan time again! Hello from Utah!! We drove for EIGHT hours yesterday to get to the halfway point of Vegas. Um, by the way, it’s supposed to take four so… not the best drive ever. Then we drove six more today to get to Deer Valley aka Park City, Utah. It is absolutely gorgeous here. The weather is warm but not too warm. The cabin we rented is gorgeous but comfy.
We are having so much fun with my husbands family! He has six brothers and one sister. We’re all here with all of our kids so it’s a mad house! My boys are having a blast with my sister in law, Mallory’s (from Classy Clutter) kids. She has four boys, too! It’s fun to sit and watch them play. Cousin time is so important. I grew up loving my get togethers with my parents siblings because I loved spending time with my cousins. Keep up with all the crazy shenanigans on my Instagram page this weekend!
