Happy Sunday! Sorry I’m a day late with our Healthy Weekly Meal Plan. I spent last week in Utah at my husband’s family reunion and then made the drive back home in one day (11 hours total, yikes!). Then a day later my husband and I plus my two older boys went with our churches youth to Yucaipa, California where we re-enacted our ancestor pioneers trek across the United States to get to Salt Lake City.
We just got home last night. It was a two night, three day thing and boy, was it exhausting. Fun, but exhausting. We had no cell phones or computers, therefore, I’m a day late in posting this healthy weekly meal plan! Hopefully you can forgive me and still use it to plan out your meals this week!
