Healthy Weekly Meal Plan #53 – This week’s menu is full of healthy dinner recipes just for you! Plus a healthy side dish, snack, lunch and dessert , too!
Hello hello!! Happy Sunday! Sorry I’m late with this week’s healthy weekly meal plan! I’m sitting here in the airport, waiting for my flight home from Sacramento. I’m leaving a food blogging conference called IFBC (International Food Bloggers Conference). I flew into San Francisco on Thursday to spend a day there with my friend, Andi from The Weary Chef. It was my first time visiting San Francisco ever! So much fun! I loved seeing Alcatraz, Pier 39 and Union Square and hanging out with my sweet friend.
Then we drove Sacramento for the conference. We had a great dinner at a restaurant called Ella with the California Strawberry Commission the first night. Such good food! I had gnocchi and steak. So yummy! Yesterday we hit up some of the classes at the conference and had a fun dinner with some blogger friends. Such a great weekend!
This next week is going to be crazy for me, with my son’s Birthday and Birthday party and then football is officially starting for all of my boys! Ahhhh!!! There goes my life! I’ll be planning out my meals ahead of time for sure because life will be crazy. I’m loving this week’s healthy weekly meal plan. As always, just click on the photo or link to see the recipe. Enjoy!
