Happy Saturday! How’s your weekend going so far? Last night was date night for my husband and I. We tried a new restaurant and loved it! I’m going to have to recreate the buffalo cauliflower steak and caprese salad with burrata that I had! I also tried swordfish for the first time and loved it! What are you up to this weekend?
Today I’m planning out my grocery list and heading to the store. It always feels so nice to get my meals planned out for the week. If I don’t do that, I end up going to the store every day and splurging on things I shouldn’t buy. I definitely feel like it saves me money! This week’s Healthy Weekly Meal Plan has some great low carb options and some casseroles (I love a good casserole!) that I’m excited to try. I hope you like this week’s menu!
