No-Bake Nut & Date Energy Balls are perfect for a quick pick-me-up snack to keep you going throughout the day!
I finally bought a treadmill! After years of wanting one, my husband and I found a great deal and snapped it up. I am in heaven. You know how most people buy fitness equipment and never use it? Not me. Nope. I plan on using it A LOT.
My New Year’s Resolution: Eat better and exercise more. Brave of me right before Christmas, huh? Ha!
So along with exercise, I’m trying to eat healthier meals and cut out refined sugar. These no-bake nut & date energy balls are the perfect snack between meals or after a workout. They have few calories and fill you up.
I’m pretty sure you could throw these energy balls on a holiday treat plate and people wouldn’t even know they’re eating something healthy! They’re sweet, crunchy, healthy and pretty much amazing.
If you have a similar New Year’s Resolution or just all-around like to snack healthy, these are the treat for you!
No-Bake Nut & Date Energy Balls
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1 cup raw walnuts
- 2 cups raisins
- 6 dates pitted
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- In a food processor, chop the almonds and walnuts until finely chopped and then add in the raisins, dates, cinnamon and vanilla. Blend up until combined and sticky.
- Pour coconut into a bowl. Roll the date & nut mixture into about 1 inch balls and roll into coconut. Enjoy!

I know I am not alone in loving easy tasty fun FAST yum yums. I have so many places to bring snacks this time of year. Not that easy to do for anyone—or any woman I know anyway.
These look delicious! I bet some rolled oats would be good in place of some of the nuts for a change.
Oooh yeah, I’m sure some oats would be great in these! Thanks for the comment!
