No-Bake Nut & Date Energy Balls are perfect for a quick pick-me-up snack to keep you going throughout the day!
I finally bought a treadmill! After years of wanting one, my husband and I found a great deal and snapped it up. I am in heaven. You know how most people buy fitness equipment and never use it? Not me. Nope. I plan on using it A LOT.
My New Year’s Resolution: Eat better and exercise more. Brave of me right before Christmas, huh? Ha!
So along with exercise, I’m trying to eat healthier meals and cut out refined sugar. These no-bake nut & date energy balls are the perfect snack between meals or after a workout. They have few calories and fill you up.
I’m pretty sure you could throw these energy balls on a holiday treat plate and people wouldn’t even know they’re eating something healthy! They’re sweet, crunchy, healthy and pretty much amazing.
If you have a similar New Year’s Resolution or just all-around like to snack healthy, these are the treat for you!

These look delicious! I bet some rolled oats would be good in place of some of the nuts for a change.
