How about getting a little tropical today and making this Hawaiian Fruit Dip?! It's a super easy and delicious fruit dip with only a handful of ingredients, including pineapple and coconut.
I made it to Miami! As I type this, I'm sitting on my soft, comfy hotel room bed alone, eating room service and watching HBO. Bliss!
We got in yesterday and my husband had to go on some dinner cruise with co-workers that the spouses weren't invited to, so some of the wives ended up cabbing it over to the South Beach area. We ate at a loud, crazy Cuban food place that was so yummy! Today my husband has meetings all morning (which is why I'm all alone in my hotel room :) so I thought I would share a yummy recipe that my sister shared with me the other day...
This Hawaiian Dip is so easy to make and if you like pineapple and coconut, you'll love it! It's a fact that whenever I make dips, my kids eat more fruit than they normally do. And let's be honest here, I do too!
Hawaiian Fruit Dip
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1 small package instant vanilla pudding
- 1 (8-oz) can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1/3 cup shredded coconut
- Whisk together sour cream, milk and vanilla pudding in a medium-sized mixing bowl for about 1-2 minutes.
- Add pineapple and coconut and stir to combine. Refrigerate for 1/2 hour and then serve with fruit. Enjoy!
