Happy Summer!! It’s in the middle of July and summer is in full swing! What are your summer plans? I literally have nothing going on except to drive kids around to summer camps. Yikes! That’s okay because at least they’re staying busy, right?! 😉 I’m hoping to hit the movie theater and the beach a few times this week. My youngest has been begging to see the new Ghostbuster movie. The caprese grilled filet mignon sounds REALLY good! I usually make a cheese sauce (sounds weird i know, but it is actually really good on beef) and then i have fresh tomatoes on the side, I love tomatoes!

All of the dishes above look so attractive and appetizing, but it’s too hot to cook indoors. However, they have an irresistible flavor that make me enter my hot kitchen to do some. My usually-cooked food is grilled cola chicken. My way of cooking this dish is a little bit of different. I finish it by drizzling some honey over for sweetness. Leave it on the plate for some minutes for each thread of chicken absorbed with honey. Try my way and I am sure you like it!
