Chocolate Tofu Pudding – velvet chocolate pudding made healthier by using tofu. Enter to one of 25 prizes below! This is a sponsored conversation written by me on behalf of Mori-nu. The opinions and text are all mine.So basically, I’m obsessed with the dessert I’m sharing with you today.
Can you even imagine a pudding that’s made with TOFU?! Yeah, I know. Crazy, I tell ya!
But, oh so delicious. Velvety smooth, chocolatey and unbelievably easy. Only three main ingredients and a few spices will make you a dessert you won’t even believe is healthier! And you won’t even taste the tofu that’s blended inside!
Have you seen these cute little boxes of Mori-Nu Tofu before? There are 6 varieties of tofu, made right in those little boxed packages: Soft, Firm, Extra Firm, Lite Firm, Organic Firm and Nigari.
Get this – Mori-Nu tofu needs absolutely NO refrigeration and has a long shelf life (without use of preservatives!) so it is especially convenient for storage without sacrificing nutrition, flavor or function. Cool, huh?
Mori-Nu tofu is silken tofu, which is a smooth, delicate variety of tofu. Silken tofu is never pressed or drained as it is made (and it’s made right inside the box!) so the texture is very creamy and custard-like.
Very much like this Chocolate Tofu Pudding. Smooth, custard-like and delicious. Be still my heart. 🙂
Another really cool thing about Mori-Nu Tofu is that it’s made with non-GMO soy and is verified Non-GMO by the Non-GMO Project. It’s also certified Kosher, Halal, and gluten-free! There’s also one USDA Organic variety, called Organic Firm. SO basically, something for everyone, even those with certain food allergies or preferences.
I’ve cooked with tofu many times and have found Mori-Nu Tofu to be the most reliable that I’ve cooked with in flavor as well as convenience. It really is wonderfully smooth and consistent tofu all packaged right into those cute little boxes.
The boxes are easy to open, with a few snips of your scissors. It’s nice to know that I can keep it right in the pantry to grab whenever I want to make a quick dinner or dessert, aka chocolate tofu pudding! We loved this pudding and I hope you will too!

Ok, totally would have never thought of making pudding with tofu but I bet it is so silky and down right delicious. The texture of that chocolate pudding looks amazing Jen, can’t wait to give it a try!
I often put tofu in my smoothies so I know this pudding is incredible. And the fact that it is chocolate, even better. Pinned!
