Healthy Weekly Meal Plan #60 includes a healthy dinner recipe for every night of the week plus a healthy breakfast, lunch, snack, side dish and dessert recipe for you as well. Every recipe in our weekly meal plan is delicious and sure to be hit on your dinner table!
Well, I’m officially home from Hawaii. :/ I got back Wednesday night and was immediately thrown into all things school related (back to school night at the middle school) and sports stuff (football practices and high school JV team football game). And then I wake up the next day to a big cold sore on my lip and a chin full of pimples! UGH! Apparently my body is rebelling against being home, too. Lol!
I had so much fun in Kauai. It was seriously such a blast! I’m already planning a trip to take my boys back. Have you been to Hawaii? If so, what island have you visited and which one do you like the most? I loved the laid back quality of kauai and I loved all the food! I probably gained 10 pounds while I was there. The shave ice is no joke!
Now it’s back to reality and I’m back to dieting. Well, not really dieting but just eating more balanced. I love these weekly meal plans because they really keep me on track. Eating healthy isn’t a chore anymore and I get to try lots of yummy dinner recipes that I wouldn’t have ever thought of before. Can’t wait to try those salmon and veggie foil packets! Anyway, hope you’re having a great weekend and will use this weekly meal plan to help you out with your dinner menu this week!
Be sure to stop back every Saturday for our healthy weekly meal plan full of daily entrees as well as a breakfast, lunch, snack and dessert! Just click on the photo or link to see the recipe!
