This Creamy Chocolate Protein Pudding using Premier Protein 100% Whey Protein will satisfy your sweet tooth and also fill you up! It’s easy to make and only uses a couple of ingredients! I can’t believe how fast summer is flying by. It’s been so busy lately. My boys started football and I feel like I live in my car, transporting them from place to place all day long. I feel like I’m their Uber driver. ?
My younger two boys started the football season two days ago. They’re playing tackle football for the first time. My 13 year old decided to play for his new high school, which is pretty exciting. He’ll be a freshman this year. How is it even possible I have two kids in high school when I was JUST in high school?! Right? I mean, no way I’m old enough to have kids this old! 😉
Football season means it’s time to get serious about eating healthy and drinking tons of water. This is a good thing because honestly, I have not been good about eating super healthy this summer. It’s nice to have the motivation of my kids being on top of what they’re eating because it makes me more aware of what I’m eating as well.
I’m trying to add more protein to my diet these days and eat less sugar and sweets. But it’s hard! After dinner, I usually crave something sweet. This Chocolate Protein Pudding using the new Premier Protein 100% Whey Protein is the simplest, most perfect answer to a sweet treat with low sugar and high protein!
It takes only minutes to make and if you’re like me, you already have the ingredients on hand. I’ve made this many times and my boys devour it with no clue that there’s added protein in their chocolate protein pudding (insert maniacal mom laugh here, lol!). Each scoop of Premier Protein 100% Whey Protein has 30 grams of protein, 180 calories and only 3 grams of sugar. Plus it tastes amazing!!
Nothing better than tricking your kids into eating healthy when they think they’re getting a treat! I hope you enjoy it as much as we do! 🙂
